Collier Animal Referral & Emergency DVM

Collier Animal Referral & Emergency is home to the only family owned and operated 24-Hour emergency hospital in Collier County. We have multiple veterinary positions available to accommodate everyone’s personal scheduling needs. We are seeking experienced emergency veterinarians, general practitioner’s looking for a change, new graduates, intern-trained and specialized, board-certified veterinarians. We are a brand new facility opening our doors January 2023. These positions are phenomenal opportunities to come on board and head your own departments as we add specialized services to our hospital.

We are interested in friendly, creative collaborators to join our team in Naples, Florida. We are looking for talented, energetic, personable individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Since CARE is independently owned and operated, we can implement new ideas and policies with ease. Prior emergency experience is not required. We can offer mentorship to get you started by providing exposure to emergent and critical cases while learning from our highly experienced and seasoned veterinary team.

Our 8,000 square foot facility is well equipped with bells and whistles, including a Vettom 16 slice CT scanner, digital cytology, digital radiography, ultrasound with color flow doppler to help assess cardiac cases, mechanical ventilation, complete on-site diagnostic laboratory including coagulation screening and blood gas monitoring, comprehensive surgical suite, a dedicated ICU department, respiratory support including mechanical ventilation, a special procedures room, isolation with negative pressure and extensive multi-parameter monitoring equipment. All radiology, cardiology, and CT cases are verified with remote board certified veterinarians.

Zoo Relief Veterinarian- Naples, FL

Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is seeking a Relief Veterinarian for periods of Staff Veterinarian absence.  This is an “on call” position that requires no physical time spent at the hospital unless an emergency arises.  Experience with exotics is preferred, but specific training with the Zoo collection will be provided.  Candidates must be located within 1 hour of Naples during “on call” shifts and be available during occasional weekends and holidays.  If interested, please contact Dr. Kelsie Stovall at [email protected].
